Something old=Something new

This weeks lesson started with an individual general progression and these were the outcome questions to be answered.

What am I doing well?

It is great that I acknowledge my own point of improvement and that is: drawing. I need to get out of it and try something new. I am also aware of the feedback that I am given from my teacher and my classmates and I putting the feedback in to my blog.

Where are my areas of improvement?

I need to categories the blog better. I need to add titles and organize the wring and the pictures for my blog to look intact. I also need to explore different mediums; this would allow me to understand myself better and what I like.

How can I develop these areas?

Put the drawing away for two weeks and go out of my comfort zone to explore different mediums. I will then take care of my blog by going back to it and categorise it.

Outline three personal creative goals for this unit?

1.Try a new medium

2.Do not fear finishing the product and creating a part of it. If there is information about where the product could go or even an idea of it is important.

3.Go to a museum or an exhibition.

Week 7

The task for this week was to create new piece of work using different medium or to develop something further from previous week something old = something new piece, working on it again and introducing a new medium. I have decided to develop my character AnnLee further by creating a instagram filter.

I used an application called SPARKAR. This application is connected with Facebook and instagram there for it could be used on both platforms. The aim of the filter was to change anyones hair colour into purple. I have done this because AnnLee is usually presented with purple hair and that is her signature look. The filter itself is not public to everyone but It can be accessible with a personal link, which will be attached down bellow. I also uploaded a picture to show what it looks like on my hair and I have dark roots with blond ends.

The link for the hair filter is down below:
